Clare Keogh is a photographer based in Cork, Ireland.
She studied Visual Communications at the National Colege of Art and Design, Dublin and Photography at Central Saint Martins, UAL, London. Her work has appeared in publications such as The Sunday Times, Der Spiegel, The Sunday Business Post and the Irish Times, The Irish Examiner and The Irish Independent. She receives regular portrait and editorial commissions from the Sunday Times and The Sunday Business Post. Her commercial photography clients include TG4, RTE, Musgraves, An Taisce, The Arts Council, UCC and Cork City Council. She is a member of the Press Photographers’ Association of Ireland and the National Union of Journalists. She is a recipient of Irish Aid’s ‘Simon Cumbers Media Fund’ covering stories in Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Algeria and Chernobyl. Clare’s first book of photographs ‘Over the Counter’ was published by Mercier Press with a grant from the Heritage Council of Ireland. She can be contacted through the contact page of this website.
